Man Loitering Near Woman's Washroom Arrested

A 25-year-old man is facing charges for an alleged sexual assault at Seneca College earlier this month.

Toronto Police wouldn’t specify the exact date or time of the alleged sexual assault — only saying it took place “some time in early August 2016” at the college’s Newnham Campus, near Don Mills Rd. and Finch Ave E. He is alleged to have sexually assaulted a woman, police said.

A suspect was caught on security cameras loitering near a woman’s washroom. Police said there may be more victims.

Krishan Rajaratnam of Toronto is charged with two counts of sexual assault.
